Traditional Piri Piri Chicken

A Portuguese classic. Marinated and grilled to perfection with our heritage Piri Piri sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, spatchcocked
  • 1/2 cup Mano's Piri Piri Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Piri Piri sauce, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill chicken for 20-25 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  5. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.

  6. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with parsley.
