Traditional Piri Piri Chicken
A Portuguese classic. Marinated and grilled to perfection with our heritage Piri Piri sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, spatchcocked
- 1/2 cup Mano's Piri Piri Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Combine Piri Piri sauce, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 20-25 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with parsley.
