Picante Verde Fish Tacos

Fresh and bright. Crispy fish tacos topped with our zesty green sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (cod or tilapia)
  • 1/4 cup Mano's Picante Verde
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper.

  2. Pan-fry fish until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  3. Warm tortillas on a dry skillet.

  4. Mix sour cream with 2 tbsp Picante Verde for the crema.

  5. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, and drizzle of Picante Verde crema.

  6. Serve with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
